Session Usage: Duration of Use: Treatment sessions must be used within the specified time frame outlined in the promotion terms. Unused sessions will expire after this period.
Reservations: We highly recommend booking your sessions in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Sessions are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy: Advance Cancellation: To cancel a session from your package, kindly do so with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may result in the loss of that session or a charge equivalent to 25% of the regular session value.
You must respect the advance booking time. If you wish to shorten or cancel the reservation, you must notify us at least 3 hours in advance. However, if there is availability and you wish to extend the reservation time, you may do so.
No-Show: Unused sessions within the package's validity period will expire after the specified date.
